M.C. Dean’s Internship Program offers early-career talent a transformative experience through practical work and collaboration with seasoned professionals. This summer, the company launched a revamped program framework aligned with three core themes:

  • Personal & professional development
  • Business knowledge
  • Meaningful projects that matter

From June to August, 78 interns participated in a blend of learning opportunities, mentorship, workshops, and networking events. They managed project deliverables while engaging in skill-building sessions and strategic business unit (SBU) learning opportunities. Interns also benefited from mentorship by SBU leaders and full-time associates who joined the company through similar college recruiting programs.

“Providing a holistic experience reflects our investment in early-career professionals, who will become M.C. Dean’s future experts and leaders,” said Alan Ward, M.C. Dean college recruiting lead. “By incorporating industry best practices and previous intern feedback, our refreshed program fosters a deeper connection with the organization, leading to a lasting impact.”
