M.C. Dean exhibited at 2025 International Security Conference & Exposition (ISC) West, the nation’s leading security industry event, hosted March 31-April 4 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“More than 30,000 enterprise security leaders representing practitioners, operators, integrators, and OEMs attend the annual event,” said Julaine Simmons, M.C. Dean senior vice president Security & Electronic Systems and Security Industry Association (SIA) board member. “M.C. Dean’s representation at the event has scaled each year, but this was our most expansive presence to date – we launched our managed services offering, hosted live demonstrations in our first-ever exhibit hall booth at ISC, presented panels and technical sessions, hosted customer engagement events, and received an industry award acknowledging our great people.”

Managed Services Launch

ISC West served as the ideal backdrop to launch our new Managed Services offering, which was featured in industry news, the exhibit hall, customer meetings, and industry awards. Our team showcased the solution in front of thousands of industry leaders and security professionals through SIA’s New Products + Solutions (NPS) Award process. Learn more about Managed Services.

Exhibit Hall Booth & Technical Demos

Our team of experts showcasing our latest technology and engineering solutions.

Our engineers demonstrated new technology integrations and service models that address electronic security scaling challenges for large-scale, global enterprises.

  • Enterprise Security Delivery: Showcasing our project delivery value stream, we demonstrated how we design, integrate, test, and deploy new systems and replace legacy systems for mission critical facilities without impacting operations.
  • Cloud Managed Services: We demonstrated how customers can enhance their security posture while helping drive operational efficiency through the implementation of our centralized enterprise cloud model that supports proactive monitoring, expert system-level remote support, and 24x7x365 rapid response for managing and maintaining IT/OT systems.
  • Integrated Security Operations: Presented next-generation security operation center capabilities for monitoring alerts from multiple systems on a centralized platform, and the success measurements for alarm response, categorization, and resolution.
  • Automated Security Deployment: Demonstrated how we’re applying software-automated code and machine learning to eliminate manual processes throughout the system development lifecycle – streamlining the configuration, integration, and sustainment of our customers’ most critical operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) deployments.

Customer Engagement Events

Natalie Jacobini moderates the Data Science in Enterprise Security customer roundtable.
  • Customer Roundtable: We hosted a technical roundtable discussion with 14 commercial and federal end customers examining the role data science and analytics plays in enhancing enterprise security system performance and effectiveness. The roundtable included discussions on artificial intelligence (AI), Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) systems, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, Infralink®, Cloud services, and other platforms that can enhance data hygiene, facilitate predictive maintenance, and optimize system performance.
  • Appreciation Event: Our annual appreciation event was attended by more than 200 customers, partners, and employees reinforcing our valued relationships and opportunities for future growth together.

Panels & Technical Sessions
